Figure 3. Stained Acrylamide Gel. This gel was run and stained to determine
if Rubisco was present for the samples in the Western Blot. The leaf and stem lanes
show distinct bands at 53Kb, the molecular weight of Rubisco. There is no distinct
band for the root sample.
